Level 1 Certification SOFT Practitioner
Open to practitioners with trauma-informed backgrounds who work with clients—whether in mental health, bodywork, yoga, or coaching. Level 1 covers the SOFT foundations: fascia science, somatic trauma principles, consent, boundaries, and practical techniques to safely integrate SOFT into your current practice.
Format: Live online instruction, on-demand learning, peer practice, and community support.
Begins January 2026
Level 2 Advanced Clinical Certification
For graduates of Level 1 who are licensed clinical practitioners (counselors, therapists, psychologists, social workers, etc.) actively seeing clients. This advanced training focuses on complex trauma, dissociation, sexual dysfunction, and facilitating deeper embodied healing—combining fascia memory research with clinical sex therapy best practices.
Format: Advanced live instruction, group supervision, case consultation.
Level 3 Teacher & Research Training
For Level 2 graduates ready to teach, supervise, or lead SOFT research. You’ll learn how to train new SOFT practitioners, adapt the method for unique communities, and contribute to the next wave of fascia-focused, sex-positive embodied healing.
Format: Teaching practicum, curriculum design, mentorship, and community partnership.
