Release. Restore. Reclaim.
Embodied healing begins in the fascia.
Coming Soon:
In SOFT Somatic Oriented Fascia Therapy: An Innovative Approach to Body Memory, Emotional Healing, and True Embodiment, Dr. Misty Gibson takes you on a revolutionary journey to reclaim sexual wellness and authentic connection from the inside out. Drawing on years of clinical experience as a somatic psychotherapist and certified sex therapist, Dr. Misty uncovers the missing link in trauma recovery and sexual healing: your fascia—the body’s connective tissue where stories of pain, pleasure, and resilience live.
This book blends cutting-edge science with deeply compassionate, real-world stories to demystify how trauma and stress shape your capacity for intimacy, trust, and embodied pleasure. With warmth, clarity, and a touch of wit, Dr. Misty guides you to recognize the body’s hidden language, unwind patterns that block connection, and rediscover what it means to feel safe, alive, and at home in your own skin.
Accessible, inclusive, and practical, SOFT is for anyone ready to move beyond shame, overcome chronic tension or numbness, and embrace healing in sex, rest, and relationship. Your body remembers—SOFT helps you listen.
When intimacy feels impossible, your body holds the answers.
